September 20, 2018 5:29:06 A look at some of the most distinctive new fashion from the Augusta brand, including a pair of new sportswears that are reminiscent of classic mid-century style.
Augusta is the brand’s third venture into the sportswearing market and the latest of several to be launched in 2018.
The brand, founded in 2008, started with a concept of a sportsworn woman in a sea of black.
The idea was to bring a more contemporary feel to the sportwear space, according to executive producer Sarah Gervais.
“What we’re trying to do is create a very masculine, sportsweren’t that masculine, but that is what we wanted to do,” she said.
“I don’t think any other brand has gone this route.
It is an aspirational brand and we’re excited to try and make it as authentic as possible.”
Augusta, which has four different products, was one of the first brands to introduce a modern take on the sportscar and sportsman look in the mid-2000s.
The company has also launched a line of men’s sportswares in recent years, including the G-Shock, a lightweight dress-length dress that features a sleek silhouette and is available in two sizes.
“The idea is to make it more feminine and a bit more feminine-friendly,” Gervans said.
The G- Shock sports a soft cotton fabric with a mesh fabric overlay and a slim fit.
The lace-up dress is available at the brand as a one-off and as a monthly subscription service.
Augusts brand is also bringing a new look to the womenswear category with its Augusta Women’s Collection.
The collection is an effort to appeal to both men and women who may not be aware of the brand.
It will feature a collection of classic Augusta styles, including women’s jeans, women’s boots and women’s dress shirts.
August’s latest womens fashion collection is the Septembers Women’s Fashion Collection.
Gervas said the collection is a mix of classic and modern designs.
“It is all women’s and there are lots of styles to choose from,” she explained.
“You can choose from women’s skirts, women, women sportswacks, women knits and more.
There are lots to choose in terms of the fabric, which is soft and lightweight, and the fit and the comfort of the material, which are all very good.”
For the Augusts September Women’s collection, Gervase says the focus is on the basics, with the latest fashion trends including womens dresses, dresses with a skirt, womens skirts, plus a selection of womens shoes.
The women’s collection also features a new collection of summer footwear.
Gergas said there are some trends that you’ll see in the September’s women’s fashion collection, like new and old-school, but it is definitely a new concept.
“We’re going to focus on what we believe to be the most iconic women’s styles, like the iconic Augusta shoes, and also a couple of very interesting things that we think are really iconic for women in our time,” she told CBC News.
August has been a big seller for Augusta so far, with more than 15 million pairs of the August’s Women’s Summer Collection sold in Canada last year.
The Augusts women’s summer collection will be available for purchase in August, 2019.
The fall collections, however, will not be available until 2019.
“They’re going into a different time frame, and we have to wait for the fall to see what the demand is like,” Gergis said.
