From the moment you step onto the pitch, the water has been there for you.
The water has soaked you, frozen you and turned you into an instant-classic.
But the moment is gone now.
As the weather warms up and the sun sets, the air becomes too humid to breath, and the sweat starts to pool on your skin.
That is when the water gets dirty.
The water is an essential part of your body.
If you’ve ever wanted to get away from the water, the perfect solution is to start with water that has a pH of 6.0 or less.
That means the water is alkaline.
When water becomes alkaline, it can form hydrogen sulphide, a compound that can be harmful to the body.
In addition to being water, your body also uses the water to help it repair itself.
When your skin is dehydrated, it loses its elasticity and is unable to absorb any water.
This is why the water you drink is not only a good source of water, but it also acts as a natural sunscreen, protecting your skin from UV rays and damaging the cells that make up your skin’s barrier.
Your body also needs water to get rid of the toxins and pollutants that are released from the environment.
It takes in about two litres of water a day.
But this needs to be balanced with water from other sources, like rivers, lakes, springs and sea.
If you need to drink more water than is required, you can also use a drip filter to filter out the water from your shower.
Alternatively, you could use an aerated container that has been specially designed to collect the water.
You can find these containers here and here.
As your body ages, it starts to break down the water in your body to make it more water-soluble, so it is essential that you continue to drink water when you are older.
This can be achieved by drinking water through a hose, a balloon or an aerator.
But how do you know if you need water?
You can check your water intake by looking in your toilet.
You may have to turn the tap off if you have to pee or use the toilet bowl, or you can measure the amount of water in the toilet.
It is possible to use an app called Aquifone that will help you figure out if you are missing water.
