Germany’s biggest sporting goods company has officially announced a few new women brands, including Apple, Nike and Under Armour.
The news comes just days after Apple, the world’s largest maker of electronics, revealed a brand new model for its upcoming iPhone, which will feature a “more sophisticated design.”
Apple’s womenswear line will launch in 2017.
The new brands include the “new womens line” that will include Nike, Adidas and Under Armor.
Apple’s new line will also include “the newest in womens technology” including the Nike VaporMax, the company announced.
Apple is not the first tech company to enter the womens market.
Last year, Nike launched the new Nike Air Force 1.5 “Bridal Runner” sneaker with an extra-long sole for women.
In 2016, Adidas announced a new womans model, which featured a new rubber sole for the Nike Air Jordan 11, which was previously available only to women.
Adidas’ womens model is the first in the US to use a “sole design” that is different than the Nike’s “sole pattern” in the “sole texture.”
Under Armour’s womans line is also expected to debut in 2017, with the company revealing a new line of womens shoes and accessories in the coming months.
